There are many great places to eat and drink on St. John. These are a few of my favorites. Lime Inn, in Cruz Bay, is a great seafood restaurant. If you like shrimp, be sure to go on a Wednsday evening for their all-you-can-eat boiled shrimp. That is my favorite. The shrimp are cooked in a spicey mix of seasonings and served with a great cocktail sauce. All of the fish entrees I have tried have also been good, but the shrimp is my favorite. Woody's Seafood Saloon is always crowded bar with great seafood. Usually with a crowd overflowing into the street in front. Good food and a fun place for a drink. Good luck finding a table. Shipwreck Landing, in Coral Bay is a great place so eat and drink. For a drink try their lime and coconut. For snack their conch fritters are some of the best. Like many of the restaurant on the island, Shipwreck Landing is very open air and has a wonderful view of Coral Bay. Eta, drink, and watch the boats go by. Check out Jolly Dog for fun shirts, clothing, and other great stuff. Skinny Legs in Coral Bay is another great place to stop for a burger and some drinks. A fun bar to hang out at right in the midst of the marina at Coral Bay. |
